Celebrating Customer Success Appreciation Week

It’s no small feat to have a consistent 97 percent customer satisfaction score, and we appreciate the time and energy our Customer Success team dedicates to ensuring that every account receives the thoughtful attention it deserves.

In honor of Customer Service Week, we’re taking a moment to step back and recognize the work our Customer Success team does every day on behalf of our clients. We’re celebrating the team with contests, prizes and interdepartmental shadowing to give other teams a look inside the role of our CS department.

One of this week’s contests include a baby photo identifying competition:

There’s a lot to love about our CS reps, but one of their best qualities is how they never stop thinking of ways to make our customers’ lives a little easier. Recently, they took on the project of creating a video series to educate our customers with short tips to help them get the most out of their OutboundEngine experience. The result? Some excellent tutorials (that we’ll be sharing with clients in the upcoming weeks) and a handful of hilarious outtakes.

 

We hope these outtakes put a smile on your face and give you a glimpse of the winning personalities of the folks on the other end of the line.

Customer service is a big deal around here. We handle support as a team and work together to fine-tune the online presence of our customers to make sure they are getting the best possible results from our service.
